            Design Services

Argonaut Marine have in-house design capability that supports our engineering and fabrication services. Our design engineer creates CAD drawings that can be transferred to our machinery's computer systems to provide a fully automated manufacturing process.

Our design engineer works with our client's representatives to achieve the required technical specification and to ensure compliance with the appropriate standards for automated machining or manual fabrication.

ROV Manufacture & Repair

Argonaut Marine are experienced in the design and fabrication of ROV Modules, Skids, Baskets and Tooling. We offer a full service of Design, Manufacture and Repair. This includes  repair and maintenance of key tooling components such as booms, grabs, skids etc.

Steel   Fabrication

Whether working to our client's specification or our in-house design, Argonaut Marine provide fabrication services that achieve the applicable quality standards. Our welding technicians meet the requirements of BS EN ISO 15164 and hold the appropriate codes for carbon and exotic metals and are experienced in working to DNV subsea recommended practices.



Water Jet Cutting  

Provides the optimum cutting solution where precision and accuracy are critical and where hot cutting must be avoided. Water Jet Cutting can be used effectively across a range of materials such as ferrous and non-ferrous metals, rubber, plastic, nylon, stone and wood.

Complex, intricate components can be created using materials with a thickness of up to 200mm.


Electrical Discharge Machining

When dealing with difficult materials or complex shapes and sizes, Electrical Discharge Machining, also called spark erosion, is one of the most successful forms of machining. There are no cutting forces, so the integrity of the material is always maintained. The process is highly controlled and allows for proper removal of material even on delicate materials.
